John Besaw has been a leadership and organizational development coach for more than 20 years to many corporations and government agencies in the United States and abroad. John has in-the-trenches experience helping senior-level executives and key influencers question their assumptions, understand the dynamics of change, and apply that understanding to transform the workplace. His educational background includes a Business Degree from the University of Wisconsin, M.A. from USC, and Ph.D. from the University of Washington. Post Doctoral work focuses on Organizational Leadership and Change processes - specifically, how to implement and how to reduce barriers to acceptance.
