RapidLeanSixSigma Workshops:  A common complaint of Lean and Six Sigma strategies are that they “take too long” and "cost too much."  The Rapid Improvement Workshops provide an opportunity to “kick-start” the process at reasonable rates.
Workshops

Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt Certication
This training is designed to present the concepts and various phases of Lean Six Sigma.  Participants will gain a solid understanding of the requirements necessary to support an effective Lean Six Sigma program to achieve significant bottom-line results from the process.  Graduates
will be Certified as Green or Black Belts.

Rapid Improvement Workshop (Kaizen Event Training)
The Rapid Improvement Workshop provides an opportunity to kick-start the process.  The final project will provide participants with a base of information and the rationale behind proposed attitudinal and behavioral changes

Leading in a Lean Six Sigma Environment
Developing a Lean Six Sigma Strategy is not easy; executing it is even more difficult.  Workshop emphasis is placed on the use of the Lean Six Sigma tools for quick wins as well as sustaining the improvements.

Leading through Change
The workshop is based on an adult-learning model which respects people’s experiences.  The workshop is structured to be interactive – promoting opportunities for participants to learn from each other.  The session is not intended to be “taught,” but experienced as a working session.

Lean Six Sigma Overview
This workshop presents the concepts of and a framework for understanding Lean Six Sigma.  Through the use of DMAIC, participants will gain an understanding of the requirements necessary to implement and support an effective Lean Six Sigma program to achieve significant bottom-line results from the process.

Lean Strategies
The workshop provides a basic Lean overview.  Lean methodologies apply to ALL aspects of a business, NOT just manufacturing and supply chain processes.  Tangible improvements and benefits are realized through Lean methods which identify waste, reduce it, and aggressively go for the elimination of non-value added activities.

Lean Six Sigma Champion Training
This training presents the concepts and various phases of Lean Six Sigma to Supervisory personnel.  Participants will gain an understanding of the requirements necessary to lead an effective Lean Six Sigma program that achieves significant bottom-line results from the process.

Principles of Quality (Mini-Six Sigma)
This workshop presents the concepts of Principles of Quality using a framework from Six Sigma.  Through the use of DMAIC, participants will gain an understanding of the requirements necessary to implement and support an effective Six Sigma program.

Problem Solving Tool Kit
One of the most powerful tools that Lean Six Sigma offers to an organization is a structured approach to problem solving through the application of statistical tools. This workshop provides a standard problem-solving process and associated tool-set providing the means for basing decisions on data.

5S - Visual Management
5S and its five pillars of visual management are an important element of continuous improvement strategies.  This workshop allows you to learn how to implement and optimize a 5S visual control program and how to sustain it once implemented. Numerous examples are provided and hands-on application to the organization’s existing processes will be used to reinforce the concepts learned in this class.

Advanced Team Building
Participants will take part in group building exercises; focus on the “must-haves” of effective teams--trust, cooperation and commitment; increase understanding, insight, and self-awareness about one’s behavior and its impact on others; increase understanding and sensitivity about the behavior of others; improve understanding and awareness of group and inter-group processes; identify skills your team needs to develop; learn how to set team goals; write a team charter; define team members’ individual roles and responsibilities; learn to run effective meetings that get results; learn how to turn conflict into an advantage; engage in experiential activities targeted to stimulate participation and immediate involvement; identify four distinct team-player styles that guide how team members approach a task and relate to each other; recognize how each team-player style contributes to a team and can potentially hinder a team; identify five strategies for becoming a better team player and for maximizing the team’s effectiveness; understand the concept of consensus and how to reach it; and understand and agree on how consensus decisions will be made in the team.

Team Project Management
Fortune Magazine calls Project Manager the Number One Career Choice in the Post Reengineering World.  We will discuss real-world challenges that project managers face and how these challenges can be opportunities for growth.  Participants explore the blending of both the art and science of Project Management and will be provided the opportunity to learn the skills that will be vital for the success of project managers.
